HOW IT WORKS:
First things first, Thank you for considering SoulVisionary’s Bespoke Service - there’s an adventure awaiting us!
Next, what it is you would like to commission? A ring? A necklace? A bangle? For who? Yourself - or a Loved One? To mark what special occasion or milestone? Or are you just celebrating the joy of Life?
To help formulate a design with me, a good start would be for you to look through the SoulVisionary website and get to know my aesthetic, keeping in mind that I am open to new challenges.
What appeals to you and why? Is there an idea I have used in a previous piece that you would like me to interpret into your personalised design?
The answers to these questions and further communication will give me a sense of you and/ or your needs and desires.
From this point on we can either talk via email, or phone, or alternatively, we can arrange for us to meet at my London studio (by appointment only) to formulate a design overview.
Once we have agreed on a price to complete the work, a 50% deposit will be required within 14 days before creating can commence.
Along the way, you will receive emails with progress shots to let you know how it's going and make sure you are happy .
If you are after a ring for a special someone, it is generally recommended getting their ring size. I have a handy little tool that if you can sneak on or off, will help give an idea of the ring size to make sure it fits perfectly first time.
*As a side note and polite notice, please do NOT send images of works by other artists and ask me to recreate them. That goes against my core principles and I personally find it disrespectful. You may send images as a point of reference for a design idea, but do NOT ask me to copy anyone else’s work!
THINGS TO CONSIDER…
1: BUDGET: it makes sense to set a rough guide of what you would like to spend, that way we can make sure its tailored around you:
2: SIZING: Whether this is a ring, a necklace or bracelet, it’s a good idea to make sure you know what length they might like, for example.....do you wear chokers? Or do they like necklaces halfway down over clothing?
3: TIMING: is there a special date you are considering? Let us know and we will always do our best to try and get it done in time. Orders generally take between 3-4weeks, sometimes longer if there is something specific that needs to be resourced, such as precious stones, etc,
4: DEPOSIT: 50% upfront upon agreement to undertake the work via paypal and 50% on collection.
For online orders: we will send an image of the work to see if you are happy and then the remaining 50% + special delivery postage and packaging will be required before being sent out to you.
