It is encapsulated in a heavy 9k yellow gold and sterling silver bezel that swivels open to reveal a 22k yellow gold-plated cavity which serves to accentuate the 'otherworldliness' of this beautifully transparent stone and give the ‘prehistoric landscape’ captured within a warm glow – a universe within a universe; Nature's essence frozen in time. It is held securely closed by a catch set with two Tsavorite Garnets.
The handcrafted necklace is constructed from 200 sterling silver links, individually formed and interwoven to make this strong yet elegant chain that has 9k yellow gold embellishments at each end, it is also adorned with two Tsavorite Garnets on either end of the bail– Love is in the details.
The hook clasp is a Moss agate cabochon is also held a thick 9k yellow gold and sterling bezel to echo the beauty of the quartz in the pendant. All lovingly handcrafted in-house by Nyanda Yekwai.
