This Sculpted Wearable was created as part of the upcoming BBC series, ‘Make it at Market’, where a plethora of talented Creatives using different media were paired with professional mentors within their field. These mentors roles were to guide and advise us all how to take ‘expensive hobbies’ and turn them into profitable businesses.
Here a Golden Rutilated Quartz with Hematite inclusions is nestled within a 9ct yellow gold crown and seated upon an organically fluid throne. A symbiotic union where each component enhances the other… it truly was a pleasure to make… Since filming, I replaced the claws and softened the forms for an even more comfortable fit (which kinda goes against the advice I was given - use less time - but She was calling for it!)
